3. Case Submissions & PHI Restrictions

Do not upload complete medical records, unredacted protected health information (PHI), or privileged legal documents through public web forms. Once a formal engagement is established, secure transmission channels will be provided.

4. Service Engagement & Scope

All consulting deliverables—including merit reviews, medical record chronologies, billing summaries, and trial preparation briefs—are governed by individual matter agreements detailing fees, deadlines, and project scope.
